  13. line 3: CTS/RTS flow control (ON or OFF)
  14. line 4: pathname of external editor
  15. line 5: should mouse be turned ON/OFF for the editor and the cwd be 
  16.         changed to where the program is ran from?
  17. line 6: Default directory for d/l's (can be changed with cd in shell)
  18. line 7: Default zmodem receive commandline (used with auto zmodem dl's)
